I had a mixed experience at 124 On Queen Hotel & Spa during my stay. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake, making it easy to explore the area. However, the check-in process was chaotic and I encountered some issues with the staff and facilities that left me feeling somewhat disappointed. I would consider returning after renovations are completed, but my last visit didn't quite meet my expectations.

My room was spacious and clean but had limited towel rack space and poorly stocked toiletries. The breakfast at the hotel was decent but insufficient vouchers were given for our group.

The hotel had a beautiful spa, but I was surprised to find fees for using amenities like the pool. The construction in the hotel was also quite disruptive during my stay.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at 124 On Queen Hotel & Spa. While the location was perfect for exploring the charming town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, I struggled with noise from surrounding businesses, especially Starbucks below my unit. The service was friendly and the facilities, like the spa, were enjoyable, but issues with checking in and the quality of the room led to a less than ideal visit.
