“During my stay, I visited the spa and was really surprised by the very nice services offered. I opted for the hydrotherapy circuit and found it to be the best therapy I could have asked for. Although the hydotherapy circuit was busy, the staff took our concerns very seriously, even refunding us for the service due to the overwhelming noise. “I was lucky enough to stay in a Signature Beautiful King room, and it exceeded my expectations. The suite was spacious and featured a comfortable king-size bed paired with a large TV. I had a mixed experience at 124 On Queen Hotel & Spa during my stay. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake, making it easy to explore the area. However, the check-in process was chaotic and I encountered some issues with the staff and facilities that left me feeling somewhat disappointed. I would consider returning after renovations are completed, but my last visit didn't quite meet my expectations.
